Here's how it works
VIP Strategy Days are for service-based business owners looking to get serious about scaling their systems, workflows, and profit margins. During our time together, we will work to assess your business needs and challenges, design systems to alleviate your pain points, and ultimately give you back your time and freedom while your business continues to grow.
First things first, we’ll kick off with an audit of your current packages, pricing and processes. This will ensure I have the full picture of your current business so we can execute on a comprehensive plan that will address your specific needs.
Next I’ll present a strategic plan of action for your systems and processes based on my experience having built more than 150+ business systems for service-based business owners. This plan is tailored to your needs and rooted in best practices for designing a seamless client experience.
Once the plan is approved, I roll up my sleeves (just kidding I rarely wear shirts with sleeves) and get to work implementing each step of our strategic plan. That’s right - I do the heavy lifting for you to create systems that work just as well for you as they do for your client.
I train you on how to effectively use your new systems so you can reclaim your valuable time, focus on the work that actually deserves your attention, and continue to grow your business effectively.

Yes! Your total investment can be broken down into three installments. A deposit is required to secure your spot.
