One of the most popular questions I get asked is how I schedule my workday. While my workday schedule has evolved over the years, but the general themes have remained the same.

The goal of my schedule is to create one focus or intention each day, cut down on task switching or guesswork, create necessary boundaries, and cross important items off the list.


As you will see, each day has a theme and general routine. This helps me focus on my goal for the day while catering to the other important areas of my life. Of course, exceptions are made when I'm traveling or something pops up, but generally this is the foundation.

Use my schedule as a guide for creating your own! Set yourself up for success with proper time management and planning. It can really be a game changer for your productivity.

Here it is – every hour, broken down by day of the week of how I schedule my workday.

Monday: Operations & Marketing

6AM: Wake Up with water & coffee

7AM: Move my body (workout or walk)

7:45AM: Shower & get dressed

9AM: Breakfast

9:30AM: Write Marketing Content including Instagram campaigns, Tweets, and Blog Posts

11:30AM: Record and Schedule Marketing Content

1:30PM: Lunch Break

2:30PM: Check Metrics & Complete operational tasks

3:30PM: Check Email

4:30PM: Clean the house & Prep for dinner

5:30PM: Turn on news or netflix while prepping dinner

6:30PM: Eat dinner & spend time with cam

7:30PM: Work on personal projects

10PM: Bedtime

Tuesday: Client Work

6AM: Wake Up with water & coffee

7AM: Move my body (workout or walk)

7:45AM: Shower & get dressed

9AM: Breakfast

9:30AM: Client #1 Meeting & Recap Sent

11AM: Client #2 Meeting & Recap Sent

12:30PM: Lunch Break

1:30PM: Client #3 Meeting & Recap Sent

3PM: Client #4 Meeting & Recap Sent

4:30PM: Check Email

5:30PM: Clean the house

7PM: Go out to eat & trivia night

10PM: Bedtime

Wednesday: Product & Programs

6AM: Wake Up with water & coffee

7AM: Move my body (workout or walk)

7:45AM: Shower & get dressed

9AM: Breakfast

9:30AM: Explore new ideas for programs or products

10:30AM: Create new content for programs

12:30PM: Lunch Break

1:30PM: Audit previous products & update landing pages and content

3PM: Check email

4:30PM: Clean the house & change into yoga clothes

6PM: yoga in the park

7:30PM: eat dinner

8:30PM: watch a tv show

10PM: Bedtime

Thursday: Relationships

6AM: Wake Up with water & coffee

7AM: Move my body (workout or walk)

7:45AM: Shower & get dressed

9AM: Breakfast

9:30AM: Connect with peers, colleagues, and friends

10:30AM: Schedule podcast interviews or speaking engagements

12:30PM: Lunch Break

1:30PM: read, watch, or listen to content from my friends

3:30PM: Check Email

4:30PM: Clean the house & Prep for dinner

5:30PM: Turn on news or netflix while prepping dinner
