Out of Scope Email Template

Thank you for sending over these requests. I think these are great ideas that we can definitely execute on for you. Our current agreement is for (scope of project), but I’m more than happy to add these requests to our scope for (additional rate). Also, these additional items will potentially extend the timeline a bit as I’ll need time to work on them.

If this is outside of your current budget, we can just stick to our original terms. Let me know how you would like to move forward.
